Business Consulting · Europe
Business consulting built around a real audit of how your company actually works
DORK Consult helps business owners and management teams across Europe find out where processes lose time and money, then build a plan that fixes it — not a slide deck that sits in a folder.
Why business owners work with us
Consulting that starts with evidence, not opinions
Many consulting engagements begin with a workshop and end with a generic strategy document. We do the opposite: we start by mapping how your business actually operates today, and only then propose changes. That order matters — it is the difference between advice that sounds right and advice that fits your company.
- A structured business process audit before any recommendation is made, so proposals are grounded in how your teams actually work.
- Consultants who have worked across several European markets and understand local business practices, not a single-country playbook.
- Clear, written deliverables — process maps, findings, and an action plan — instead of verbal impressions.
- Support that continues after the report: we help implement changes and review results with you.
- Transparent scope and pricing agreed before the engagement starts, with no open-ended hourly billing.
- Confidential handling of your operational and financial information at every stage of the project.
What we do
Three ways we help companies operate better
Each service can be commissioned on its own or combined into a single programme, depending on where your company is in its growth.

We discuss your company, the issue you want addressed, and whether DORK Consult is a good fit. This call is free of charge and typically takes under an hour.
-
Scoping and proposal
We define the boundaries of the engagement — which departments, processes, or markets are in scope — and confirm the timeline and fee in writing before work begins.
-
Audit and analysis
Our consultants review documentation, interview relevant staff, and map current processes, then compare findings against practical benchmarks for your industry and region.
-
Recommendations and follow-up
You receive a written report with prioritised recommendations. On request, we support implementation and return for a follow-up review after changes are in place.

Common questions
Frequently asked questions
How long does a typical business process audit take?
Most audits take between three and six weeks, depending on the number of departments and processes in scope. We confirm a specific timeline once we understand the size of your company.
Do you work with companies outside Romania?
Yes. Our office is in Bucharest, but engagements are carried out remotely and on-site across Europe, depending on what the project requires.
What size of company do you typically work with?
We work with small and mid-sized companies, from teams of a handful of people to organisations with several hundred employees. Scope and pricing are adjusted to match.
Do you only deliver a report, or help implement changes too?
Both are available. Many clients start with an audit and report, then bring us back for implementation support and a follow-up review once changes are underway.
